3. Client Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree that:

- You understand that delays or penalties may occur if information is missing, incorrect, or submitted late.
Che-Bee is not responsible for issues caused by inaccurate or incomplete client-provided information.
4. Government Fees and Third-Party Costs
- Government filing fees, taxes, penalties, and third-party costs are not included unless explicitly stated.
- These fees are billed separately and may change without notice.
- Che-Bee does not control government processing times or decisions.
5. Deadlines, Reminders & Compliance Calendars
We may provide compliance calendars, reminders, or estimated deadlines as a courtesy.
- These are estimates only.
- Deadlines may vary by state, filing cycle, base jurisdiction, or agency changes.
- Final responsibility for meeting deadlines remains with the client.
Che-Bee is not liable for missed deadlines unless explicitly agreed in writing.
6. Document Uploads & Data Security
Clients may upload documents through secure forms or platforms.
- You are responsible for uploading correct and complete documents.
- We take reasonable steps to protect client data but cannot guarantee absolute security.
- You acknowledge that electronic transmission carries inherent risks.
7. Payment Terms
- Fees are due as outlined in your service agreement or invoice.
- All fees are for services rendered and are non-refundable once work has begun.
- Late payments may delay or suspend services.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Che-Bee shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
- Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid to Che-Bee for the specific service in question.
- We are not responsible for penalties, fines, interest, or enforcement actions imposed by government agencies.

We do not guarantee:

- Processing speed
- Tax outcomes
- Compliance status determinations by authorities
Government agencies operate independently and make final decisions.
10. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services if:

- Required information is not supplied
- Payment obligations are not met
- Conduct is abusive, threatening, or inappropriate
11. Intellectual Property
